Set into the rock and heather of the Scottish highlands, Morven is built for solitude. Wind, rain, and shifting fog are treated not as obstacles but as constants the architecture is designed to hold — deep roof overhangs shelter the terraces below, while a shell of native stone and dark timber settles further into the landscape with each passing season. Inside, walls of glass dissolve the line between room and hillside, so the weather is always present, just held at a careful distance.
